Return, Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy
Orders placed by Monday at 7:00 am MST will be shipped to you on Monday. Orders received after 7:00 am on Monday will ship out the following Monday.
Orders are finalized on Mondays at 7:00 am MST, therefore, any cancellations must be requested before 7:00 am MST on the Monday your order is meant to be shipped. To cancel an order, please email orders@waltzingkangaroo.com.
Waltzing Kangaroo has partnered with FedEx to deliver our pies and once we entrust FedEx with your package, we are not responsible for any damage or delivery delays. Once your order is shipped, we cannot refund shipping or your order. If your package is damaged or late, you can file a claim with Fedex here.
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box as food shipped to your address needs to stay at a safe temperature to prevent growth of germs that could make you sick.
We strongly recommend that you arrange for someone to personally accept delivery of your pies so that perishable foods (such as meat, chicken, and other poultry, seafood, eggs, or dairy) can be quickly stored in a freezer instead of being left outside until someone is physically present. If you cannot personally accept delivery, we strongly recommend that you arrange for an alternate person to store your food until you can take physical possession, or arrange for a safe place for delivery, such as a cool, shaded and secure location where sunlight, pests and rodents will not affect your package.
It is your responsibility to ensure the pies are safe to eat and frozen upon delivery (this can be checked by ensuring the internal temperature of the pies is below 40 ℉ (4℃)). After you make sure perishable food was delivered at a safe temperature (below 40 ℉ (4℃)), we strongly recommend that the meat pies be frozen immediately upon delivery. If food arrives above 40 ℉ (4℃) do not eat it or even taste it to see if it is safe as food can be unsafe and still taste, look and smell ok (when in doubt, throw it out).
We cannot accept returns on any food items and there are no refunds or cancellations accepted once your package has shipped.
We ship some of our frozen Products with dry ice. You are solely responsible for the safe handling and disposal of any dry ice included with the products that we ship to you, including the use of applicable personal protective equipment. Always handle dry ice with care and wear appropriate protective equipment whenever touching it. You acknowledge that prolonged contact with skin or contact with other body parts may cause injury.
